SAVINGS FOR THE COMMUNITY:
- Our main interest is to achieve the greatest possible savings in the general budget of expenses without reducing the quality of the services that the community needs and that is why we negotiate with suppliers and WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY COMMISSION FOR THE WORK CARRIED OUT.
- If you provide us with a list of the annual expenses of the community, to see what services it has contracted, we can carry out a study in order to achieve annual savings in the general expenses budget by contracting services with other companies or renegotiating existing contracts and of course maintaining the same quality of services. This could lead to a reduction in the fees payable by the owners.
CLAIM AGAINST DEFAULTING OWNERS:
- The opening hours are from 8:00 to 14.30 and from 15:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. After 17.00 the attention will be via WhatsApp or mail.
- Free meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 40 people and technical presentation equipment for meetings available to the community.
- Direct communication with the owners, not only with the president, by direct attention or other means (mail / whatsapp).
- Communication with foreign owners in English, German and French.
