  • Our main interest is to achieve the greatest possible savings in the general expense budget without diminishing the quality of services the community needs, and that is why we negotiate with suppliers and DO NOT CHARGE ANY TYPE OF COMMISSION FOR THE WORK CARRIED OUT.
  • If we are provided with the community's annual expense report to see what services are contracted, we can conduct a study to achieve annual savings in the general expense budget by contracting services with other companies or renegotiating existing contracts, while maintaining the same quality of services. This could result in a reduction of the fees paid by the owners.

CLAIMING DEBTOR OWNERS:

  • Quick processing for debt collection from debtor owners at no additional cost to the community, charging the expense to the debtor owner.
  • Claiming debts from banks that own properties in the community.

PERSONALIZED AND ACCESSIBLE SERVICE

  • Public service hours are from 8:00 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. After 17:00, service will be via WhatsApp or email.
  • Free meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 40 people and technical presentation equipment available for community meetings.
  • Direct communication with the owners, not just with the president, through direct attention or other means (email/WhatsApp).
  • Communication with foreign owners in English, German, and French.
