- Quick processing for debt collection from debtor owners at no additional cost to the community, charging the expense to the debtor owner.
- Claiming debts from banks that own properties in the community.
PERSONALIZED AND ACCESSIBLE SERVICE
- Public service hours are from 8:00 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. After 17:00, service will be via WhatsApp or email.
- Free meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 40 people and technical presentation equipment available for community meetings.
- Direct communication with the owners, not just with the president, through direct attention or other means (email/WhatsApp).
